Order Processing

Shipments of online orders for catalog products are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Shipments of direct inquiries are processed within 24 hours after receiving the payment.

If you inquire about bulk or custom-made products, we will contact you within 24 hours with a proposal and expected dispatch date.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Lithuanian national holidays.
Delivery Time

Standard delivery time for European and U.S. customers is 1-2 business days after dispatch. For the rest of the world, delivery time may vary between 1-5 business days.

During periods of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, our Customer Support Team will reach out to you.
Shipping Conditions

Our products can be stored at ambient temperature for short periods.

Product samples are shipped at ambient temperature.

Purchased products are shipped at 0 to +5°C. To maintain the correct temperature during transit, we use shipping gel packs.

Dry ice shipping is available upon request for bulk parcels.
Stock Locations and Availability

If a product is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you when it will be available.

Our catalogue products are sold from Lithuanian and U.S. warehouses. If you are ordering bulk or custom-made products, they will be shipped from Lithuania.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your indicated delivery address and may vary from 30,00 Eur to 50,00 Eur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The order tracking number will be provided by courrier company.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For U.S. customers, there are no import taxes or custom duties due to U.S. regulations.
For European Union customers, VAT is included in the price, so no additional taxes or customs fees are required.
For customers in other regions, Coenza is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order after purchase. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
Coenza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Free Samples Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for free samples. Shipping fees vary from 19,00 Eur to 33,50 Eur depending on your region and country.
